Welcome to St John's Primary School. We are proud to be the parish school of St John. We are a one form entry school with 195 pupils aged from 3-11. We aim to create a positive learning environment that nurtures, supports and inspires each of our pupils to develop into enthusiastic, caring and successful learners.
Chicken pox notification: We have a number of cases of Chicken Pox in School and need to make vulnerable people aware who may come into contact with us. Please remember: If the spots are blistered or weeping then your child/ren should not be in school as this is the contagious stage. Once the sports have dried up (scabbed/crusted over) they are fine to return to school. Many Thanks for your support and understanding.Like Us on Facebook

Government of Jersey's guidance before our return to school tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing everyone at 8;45 am.Like Us on Facebook
I hope you have had a happy and Covid safe Christmas break. Schools will open as normal on Tuesday 4th January at 8:45 am. Due to the increased number of cases on island, we would encourage all children to have completed a Lateral Flow Test before returning. We will maintain class/ key stage bubbles, continue with separate break times/ lunchtimes, as well as resisting opportunities of bringing classes together; for example, whole school assemblies. We have uploaded the latest Government of Jersey's latest guidelines onto our school website. I will write to parents/careers with further information and any additional guidelines, at the beginning of the new term. I wish a Happy New Year to you all. Trudie De La HayeLike Us on Facebook
