Advice to parents for households with Direct Contacts and how this effects sibling in settings.

Dear Parents / Guardians,
The effect of direct contacts within your household.
I am writing to provide further guidance on when there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 within a member of your household’s school or workplace.
If your household member has been identified by the school or workplace as a direct contact and they are unable to isolate separately, away from the rest of the household, this means that the whole household will need to isolate together.
In a school context, if you have multiple siblings and one is identified as a direct contact and they cannot isolate away from the other siblings, all siblings must not attend school or their educational setting.
If you are able to keep the direct contact isolating away from the rest of the household, please continue to send your other children to their education setting, provided they do not have symptoms.
